My husband, our 2 kids and I went to Montana’s for our dinner at 11:45 a.m January 7th. We received our food around 12 . I was the only one who ordered the spinach dip, my daughter and son both got noodles and my husband got the fish and chips. I only ate about half the dip and it was hurting my stomach so I packed it up. After leaving the restaurant we got home about 1 hour later only to feel like I was hit by a truck.. i got severe stomach pain and was weak feeling. Around 1:30am came and I was vomiting uncontrollably and still had the severe stomach pains.. fast forward to this morning at 7 and I was back up vomiting and now with diarrhea as well.. it is now 12 noon and I’m laying in bed with severe stomach pain with a bucket because I’m vomiting every 15-20 minutes and running to the bathroom with diarrhea 3 times. This is only my 3rd time eating there but I don’t think we will be back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness
