Hot dog with chili and other ingredients  Went to dinner at 7:30. Had hot dog. About 11. Literally could not make it to bathroom. Diarrhea and pain. Hot and cold. At 12:00 am. Just started many bouts of vomiting and diarrhea.  I threw up all over the house. I could not control it. Right now. I am feverish. Did not sleep. But stopped getting Ill | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
