- comments: observed the following handsinks without hot water during the time of inspection. They area as follows: girls (2nd floor, purple line signage, men/women toilet room 1st floor (149), unisex toilet room outside food prep area. All hansinks temperature noted between 68f-72f. Instructed to provide hot water at least 100f and maintain proper handwashing. Priority violation. #7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 60 small rodent droppings scattered on the floor in the storage closet with mop sink (1st floor). Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitze said area. Must eliminate pest activity on the premises. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). No citation issued
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed the following doors on premise not rodent proof (1/4inch gaps); they are as follows: gym/lunchroom exit doors, exit door #6, double doors used for prep deliveries. Instructed to provide to prevent pest entry.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed 1 of 2 handsinks inoperable in 2nd floor girls' toilet room (staircase c). Instructed to repair and maintain in good condition.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed missing wall base 2nd floor outside music room. Instructed to replace and maintain.
