Beef Enchiladas Cause Illness - Nacho Taco, Jacksonville Florida

5 years ago reported by user-bccdp268 business

Nacho Taco, Stockton Street, Jacksonville, FL, USA

751 Stockton Street, Jacksonville, 32204 Florida, United States

Tuesday night a few hours after eating. I got food poisoning from their beef enchiladas. Went to Doctor and it’s food poisoning and also had to get a damn covid test because 2021 already sucks  I had not eaten anything in 10 hours before I ate and was fine just hungry. Had the beef enchiladas and my friend had the vegetarian enchiladas. Only I got sick. Within 2 hours of eating, i lost complete control of my bowls. Then my fever reached 103.5 for 24 hours. I was tired I couldn’t get out of bed and I had a horrible headache, and I needed an adult diaper for 24 hours. I have never been that sick in my life. I lost 10 lbs and was dehydrated. I hope they get shut down by the city! Do not eat here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
