I went to Nando’s yesterday at 6:30pm I had a chicken wrap, peri salted chips and rice. As soon as I ate it I had a horrendous headache. I had a client in and had to run from their appointment to be sick. From then I was throwing up and had diarrhoea every 40 minutes. I have had no sleep and have had to call in sick to my 8/5:30 job and cancel my clients so this has resulted in loss of money and the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
