My family became quite ill within a few hours of consuming Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork. The package was marked Use or Freeze by 12/28/25, and was purchased at Whole Foods. The package was opened for the first time and used to make pulled-pork sandwiches, which were consumed immediately. I had not eaten anything else that day.We experienced repeated vomiting and abdominal distress for the next 24 hours.
Have there been other reported food poisonings from this product?
