Paisa Dish Triggers Illness - Noches de Colombia, Belleville New Jersey

I went to have lunch with my family on Sunday February 11, 2018. I ordered the Paisa dish and only was able to eat half of it. When I got home 45 min later, I had serious stomach issues and had to go to the bathroom at least 5 times that day with diarrhea, I quickly also got a fever that lasted 3 days, but I still have very painful stomach pains. I now have to get an endoscopy done to investigate my stomach issues. I believe the steak and pork were spoiled on my dish. Now, because I gave a little to my daughter to try, she got sick and vomited and also had a fever. My first and last time to eat there. I would not recommend to eat there as its not a busy place and possibly they recycle/reused old spoiled food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
