On December twenty 25 approximately midnight to 1:00 am I ate a tiny portion of the house fried rice and complained to my sister that it had a funny taste in particular the chicken. About two hours later I rushed out of the casino back to my room at the hotel shortly after lying down I began vomiting with severe diarrhea chills | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
