Had the Grilled Chicken Pesto pizza last night around 7pm and it tasted fine. By 2am I woke up feeling generally gross with an icky feeling stomach. By 4am I was stuck on the toilet with liquid coming out the back end and visual chunks of pesto, chicken, and tomato coming up from the top end. Not how I was planning on spending my birthday today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
