Shortly after eating Nutella an toast my daughter developed severe stomach pain, diarrhea soon followed in conjunction with vomiting 5-6 times. Was feeling absolutely fine till about an hour and a half after consumption. Symptoms of nausea persist several hours after onset of symptoms but no further vomiting.
