My husband got a positive test result for food poisoning after eating a pepperoni and cheese sandwich (looked sort of like a hot pocket) on flight 60 5/28/2023 from Maui to Sacramento.

Shortly after eating Nutella an toast my daughter developed severe stomach pain, diarrhea soon followed in conjunction with vomiting 5-6 times.
