Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Stomach Pain, other: Stomach/intestines are extremely tender to the touch. Woke up night before last with exacerbated pain over my whole body.
Suspected source: Broccoli cheese stuffed chicken breast
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: I noticed plastic wrap around chicken breast was open at the seam and thought it must have happened from pressure put on it during shipment. It was packed in dry ice, so I assumed it was OK to eat. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Body Ache
