Traveler's Illness Post-Vacay - Hotel Xcaret, Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo

Was there for 9 days and had a great time. Woke up on my last day before my flight on 5/24/23 and felt a little off. Thought It was plane anxiety as my flight was in the evening. Tried to eat breakfast but couldnt. All day was dizzy and out of it. Vomited before leaving for the airport. Zofran saved me on the flight but continued vomiting when i landed and all night. Accompanied with fever. 36 hours in still vomitting, diarrhea where I can’t sleep, and nausea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness
