Onion Burger Sparks Illness - OK Diner, Norman Oklahoma

On 12/03/24, I dined at OK Diner and chose the onion burger. Shortly after the meal, I experienced extreme fatigue, chills, and body aches that evening. The following day, fatigue persisted, accompanied by relentless diarrhea. By the afternoon, while the fatigue had eased, diarrhea continued unabated throughout the day. On 12/05/24, I encountered a severe pain in my lower back, which was compounded by ongoing diarrhea. Walking has become difficult due to the sharp pain in my back, and the diarrhea has not subsided. Even on 12/06/24, I am still experiencing both the diarrhea and the acute back pain. I strongly suspect that my symptoms are a result of food poisoning from the onion burger and French fries I consumed at OK Diner. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Fatigue, Body Ache
