Attended Oktoberfest and had some macaroni and cheese with brisket. “Mac and meat” from a food truck. Later that night I was violently ill for about 5 hours non stop. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Pretty certain it was from that food because that was the only thing I ate yesterday that my husband didn’t eat. We only attended Oktoberfest for about an hour and a half and had 2 light beers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
