Beef Tortellini Illness Strikes - Olive Garden, Henderson Nevada

Two nights ago I had salad, bread, and the braised beef and tortellini. The next morning I had severe stomach pains, diarrhea, and nausea. Later I had a mild fever. Today I am still recovering from the symptoms though I feel like it is mostly out of my system.
