Two nights ago I had salad, bread, and the braised beef and tortellini. The next morning I had severe stomach pains, diarrhea, and nausea. Later I had a mild fever. Today I am still recovering from the symptoms though I feel like it is mostly out of my system. My brother ate the same meal last night and he is now also sick today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
