Tour Meal Illness: Severe Symptoms - Olive Garden, Boardman Ohio

On Saturday evening, I ordered Olive Garden takeout for 6:30 P.M. I ordered the Tour of Italy with Minestrone Soup as the side and bread sticks. I took it home (roughly 25 minute drive) and I then ate. I went to bed later that night early in the morning. Around 11 A.M. / 12 P.M. Sunday, the symptoms started. I had severe nausea and from there, I dealt with severe food poisoning all day Sunday (constant throwing up and diarrhea - I wasn’t able to hold anything down, including water). I also had a fever. I was doing better Monday (the fever was mostly gone) but I was still not 100% - still was throwing up everything and had diarrhea. I wasn’t fully good until the late evening (like 10 pm). I was able to eat some chicken noddle soup by then but my stomach was still queasy. By Tuesday early morning, I was 99% back to normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
