Ate chicken and broccoli alfredo, started vomiting with diarrhea about 4 hours afterward and continued all the next day. I ate there May 15, 2018 and went to ER, by ambulance, May 16th around 9:00 am. I had a temp of 102 and my blood pressure was 150/122. I ended up staying 2 nights at the hospital and they told me stool test showed E-Coli. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
