Pasta Mishap: Unordered Shrimp - Olive Garden, Erie Pennsylvania

Food positing at Olive Garden in Erie Pa. Ate there Saturday afternoon and within 8 hrs developed violent voniting for 12 hrs straight. I had Angel hair pasta with meatballs and mushroom sauce. I assume either the mushroom sauce or the meatballs were bad. Most likely the mushrooms as that’s mostly what I vomited. There appeared to be a small piece of shrimp in the vomit which I hadn’t ordered so must have been mixed in and tainted my food. I was visiting from Canada and was well. The severity of my illness after eating there, and sharing a hotel room with my husband who did not get sick proves it was not Norwalk or anything viral. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
