Additional information: im just really sick, I had zupa soup breadstick and salad I ordered egg plant Parmesan but the spaghetti sauce tasted of vomiting and the first plate the guy j brought out for my salad had dried food stuck to it along with finger prints I actually put and ate salad from plastic container I got sick about 4 hours later herd it is I’m still sick nauseas diarrhea running off severely I can’t even go to work I have a headache my stomach hurts I can’t rest my body is also hurting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Body Ache
