Chicken Gnocchi Soup Illness - Olive Garden, Henderson Nevada

My boyfriend and I went to Olive Garden and we both had the chicken gnocchi soup and he ate the four meat manicotti. Within 3 hours, my boyfriend experienced severe vomiting, diarrhea and headache with chills. Neither myself or his daughter ( we all ate a different main entree) are experiencing any of these symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
