Severe GI Distress Post-Meal - Olive Garden, Cheektowaga New York

Ate salad, bread sticks, and chicken Giardino. My stomach was cramping before leaving the restaurant. Was very hot, sweating, had diarrhea, vomitting and severe stomach cramps about 30 mins after leaving for atleast 1 hr. The next day, mild stomach cramps, dry heaving and very small amount of liquid stool still. This sucked the life out of me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
