Went to dinner with husband and kids. Had stuffed mushrooms and all you can eat pasta. I ate most of the mushrooms and Asiago garlic pasta. Walking out to parking lot cramps started. Diarrhea around 2 am and vomiting around 8 am. Nausea continuous. Husband at 1 mushroom and a little of the same sauce and has stomach cramps | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
