4/22/2019 1:00pm I had a wet burrito with lettuce tomatoes and sour cream with sauce on the side. After I left around 2:30 had watery diarrhea, I went to restroom every 5 to ten minutes all water. Got home around 3:30 have not stopped throwing up and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
