I took Fillet-o-fish meal with twister fries and iced lemon tea for dinner at McDonald's Lucky Plaza at about 7pm. I felt bloated and stomach discomfort at home at about 10pm onwards. Even after going to bed, I was not able to sleep well due to the stomach discomfort, then suddenly I felt the urge to vomit at 2am.
Guessed I vomitted the entire meal. After vomiting, I felt so much better. But only to follow with 3 times of diarrhoea in the morning. Went to see doctor in the morning to get medications. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating
