Ate dinner around 8 pm. I had the new Kingsland pasta with shrimp and medium steak. My steak was a little too red to be medium but I ate it anyways. Went to bed around 10 feeling icky. Woke up at 4 am and had diarrhea and vomited. Still feel dizzy and weak and I have had a migraine all day.
