Only thing I ate all day, approximately 9pm Had 12 oz rib eye, sweet potato, hose salad, blooming onion and sautéed mushrooms. I said at the table the mushrooms tasted interesting. Finished the meal. At 1am I woke up cramped and nauseous. Thought I was going to vomit. Spent the rest of the night back and forth to the bathroom with chronic diarrhea which continues the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
