My daughter and I went around 5:30 P.M last night. About 2.5 hours later she started with bad stomach pains. Roughly 6 hours after eating she began vomiting and had diarreah. I began with severe diarrhea and nausea this morning. We both ate the bread and shared the shrimp and cheese dip. I had a burger and her the grilled cheese. Since we shared bread and the shrimp cheese dip, it is most likely one of those items. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
