Last night I ate Alfredo with steak and shrimp and a mojitos at 4am I had stomach cramps diarrhea and vomiting something is happening there should be investigated  Me and my wife had the same food different drinks so my be something with the rum | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
