Saturday February 3 Well I ate the chicken sweet and sour bowl with white rice. It's the 2nd time I've eaten this there and got really sick. I had them take out all veggies except pineapple and onions. I ate some pineapple but no onion. I drank 1 regular iced tea.

I was the only person at the table who ate this meal. Everyone else had something different. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
