I had a dish that came with broccoli and chicken with the white rice on the side, for lunch. By 2:20am I was vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and had the sweats. I went on Feb 16, 2019 around noon. My spouse also ate the same dish and she’s experiencing the same symptoms. She had to leave work sue to the vomiting and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
