Ordered in food to home delivery. Woke up extremely ill the next morning. I’m the only one that got sick out of three but am the only one that ate the Brussel sprouts appetizer. Still stick, six days in. Ordered food delivered to home on September 1st for dinner around 6pm. Woke up sick with fever, diarrhea, body aches and disorientation at 5 am on Wednesday sept 2nd. Called in sick to work. Slept until 1pm and then went to urgent care and had fever of 103 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Body Ache
