Went to PF Chang's to meet for used car saleWhile waiting for the car to arrive I went to the bar and ordered the lettuce chicken wraps.
30 to 45 minutes later while driving home dripping sweat, chills, shaking, vomiting, diarrhea, after vomiting for sever hours went to the emergency room for 4 to 5 hours.
IV and anti vomite meds. This was Saturday around 5. Spent the entire Mother's Day throwing up fever and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Shaking
