Chicken Wraps Cause Illness - P. F. Chang's, Maumee Ohio

I ate chicken lettuce wraps for dinner and about an hour later had a stomach ache and by 10:00 I was violently vommiting for 2 full hours. I must have thrown up 13 times and then started having diarrhea. This was the only thing coming out of my stomach as this was a I had eaten so it was definitely from the lettuce wraps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
