I ordered food (Chow mein, walnut shrimp, my mushroom chicken, orange chicken ) around 9pm, at my meal around 10pm. and by 3am the next morning I was experiencing horrible pains, vomiting, diarrhea, sweats, dizziness. I was unable to keep any water or fluids down and by 10 am I was seen to the doctor because I was concerned about dehydration. I was provided with anti diarrheal and anti nausea medicine. The last vomit and diarrhea I had was 10:30pm that same day. It is now 1pm the following day and I have no continued symptoms but body aches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration, Dizziness, Body Ache
