Ate leftover rice and mushroom chicken, literally only a few bites bc i was starving and didn’t have time to eat lunch at work all day. Within an hour I felt queasy, and within 2 hrs from ingestion I was vomiting, diarrhea, severe cramping… could not eat solid food for 4 days. It was awful.
