I ordered the panda bowl with brown rice and orange chicken. After an hour I ended up vomiting a good amount of fluid and food. I got home and vomited some more accompanied with fever, chills nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
