Severe Dehydration from Chicken - Panda Express, Lexington Kentucky

Ate bourbon chicken with rice and noodles. Was sick for 2 days. Had to be hospitalized with 3 IV tubes from how much fluid I lost. Reportedly salmonella poisoning. Throwing up nonstop. Was passed out on the floor and had to be rushed to the hospital. Throwing up everything I intook. Even water. Was so dehydrated that my urine was a burnt orange color. My advice is to not eat at that mall in general. Spend your $30 else I will be on guard when ordering from any restaurant from now on. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
