On a Sunday - Roommate and I both ate Teriyaki Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp. I had mixed vegetables, he had chow mein. The next morning his stomach was killing him, and we both showed fevers alongside having chills and headaches. Chills and fever continued last night and this morning (Tuesday). Panda Express is the only food we both ate that day, and our symptoms are too similar to ignore. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills
