My wife and I got two bowls, one with teriyaki chicken and chow mein and one with honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. We believe it was the honey walnut shrimp that poisoned us, as my wife had the majority while I had a few bites. She and I have been vomiting all morning, we've had severe body aches, chills, stomach pains, brain fog, nausea, and diarrhea.
