Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Restaurant food
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: I cannot leave the house. Chow mein, hot chicken,, grilled chicken chicken, eggrolls, This is day two with water, diarrhea, upset, stomach stomach cramps. That was the only meal I ate yesterday.
