7/31/19 at 5:50 pm I got mushroom chicken, string bean chicken, chowmein and mixed vegetables. That evening I had diarrhea staring around 3 hours later and lasting through the morning with vomiting in the morning. I also had aches, sweats and chills. As of 8/2/19 at 9:30 am I am still having sweats. I am pregnant, so this is especially concerning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
