Black Pepper Chicken Woes - Panda Express, Kennesaw Georgia

Ate black pepper chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Within 3 to 4 hours, I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. It cleaned me out. It was as though I was prepping for a colonoscopy. I was vomiting on one end and pooping on the other end. This has happened each time I’ve eaten Panda Express, except for the vomiting. I thought I was going to die. I was weak, dehydrated, had chills, and nothing was staying down. This time I will never, never, never eat there again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Weakness, Dehydration
