Fried Rice there My daughter and potentially one other person out of 3 so far. Daughter woke up abruptly to severe vomiting that smelled like she had diarrhea. It was the worst smelling vomit I have ever experienced. Stomach pain and brown. No warning symptoms. Just immediate vomit roughly 5-6 hours after eating | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
