On Saturday, Sept 2, 2023, I got a plate from Panda Express with honey walnut shrimp, sweet fire chicken breast, and chow mein. Ten minutes after consumption, I was so incredibly I’ll. Diarrhea, chills, body aches. My son ate the shrimp as well but not the noodles or chicken. My illness lasted two days. The chills and body aches were gone. But today I still have diarrhea and can’t eat without nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Body Ache
