I had a bowl with mushroom chicken and steamed veggies around 2pm. By dinner time 6pm was very nauseous. Couldn’t eat dinner. Had exteme stomach pain, muscle pain in back and legs and headache. By 10pm started violently throwing up and this along with diarrhea continued all the way up until 4am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
