Ordered bowl of orange chicken and chow mein around 4:30pm. Later that night around 9pm, I felt stomach pains and felt the need to vomit. Vomited approximately 1:30am mid sleep cycle. Felt stomach pains, nasea, lightheadedness, and body aches for the entire next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
