6 hours after ingesting mechanically chopped garlic on just cooked broccoli at 4pm, I had nausea and vomiting after needing to lay down resting in a semi-conscious state from 6pm-10pm at which time the vomiting occurred, then slept for the night. The picture in my mind kept coming up of when I noticed the high quantity of evenly chopped garlic sticking to the brocolli stem. I love garlic & can chew whole garlic cloves without I'll effects, but this now alerted me for some reason as I noticed the tiny pieces were all the same exact size, so figured if wasnt fresh chopped garlic. Next morning I was OK, although slightly a bit more sluggish than usual. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
