Chow Mein Illness: Dehydration - Panda Express, Meridian Idaho

Chow mein, sesame honey chicken and orange chicken. Woke up at four in the morning with severe stomach pains, lead to a 14 hour of near constant vomiting and diarrhea. Could not keep liquids down and became really dehydrated. The food tasted old, as if it had been out longer than recommended by food safety standards. Lost 10 pounds and already was underweight, which is unfortunate as I'm now 133 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
