Az food law says food held hot cannot exceed 2 hours . Everytime I go in for a visit I see the workers reusing about half of the portion as they make a new portion before the old portion sells out and the two portions get mixed together.I visited 8-25-23 and my fried rice was VERY dry and tatsted old.
The sweet fire chicken also tatsed very old and not fresh.
This food gave me a horrendous belly ache within the 1st hour of consumption | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Yes! I got VIOLENTLY ill there a few years ago. I went midafternoon when no one was there and I'm sure it was because the food was sitting there. I only eat there if it's SUPER BUSY. I think my digestive system is a little damaged from how violent it was.
